To Book the Wychbury Room
The room has 5 tables and 24 chairs which can be stored, or arranged to suit the use of the room. As the photograph shows there is a flip chart, but please do take your own white board pens.
You can check the room is free by checking the calendar for the Wychbury Room. Go to the "Home" page and hit the "Calendar" tab, then change category to "Wychbury Room" from "All Events" and click "Change". Just items for a month then show. Then select your desired month. Please be aware that in the cricket season the cricket club could be be using the toilets if there is a match on. A refundable deposit of £30 is required for all bookings.

Please note that if you wish to view the room, Hagley Hall Park is open most days from approx. 9.30 am until the gates close around 5.00 pm. The Wychbury Room is situated between the Church and the Cricket Ground. There is not an exact post code. Hagley Hall post code is DY9 9LG.
